Refunds + Shipping Policy
At Lashology ®, we take immense pride in providing a seamless and helpful customer service experience. In the event that you are unhappy with the products you have received and are seeking a refund, please contact us at email@example.com to find a solution.
Unfortunately, for health and safety reason, Lashology ® is unable to accommodate exchanges or change of mind returns.
If the item has a major fault in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to choose between a refund, repair or replacement of the item (subject to availability), along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. In order for your refund claim to be assessed, photos of the faulty product must be provided and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that our lashes are handmade so inconsistencies between fans are expected. Tweezers are all hand tested by manufacturers and again by Shaniya before they are sent out on orders to ensure they are not faulty.
Lashology ® does not carry any responsibility for glues being affected by hot weather or over exposure to air. We are not responsible for any retention issues as great retention goes beyond the glue itself.
If you would like us to replace or provide a refund for an item within 30 days of purchase, and we find that:
- The item has been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you; or
- The item has been damaged after being delivered to you for reasons not related to its state or condition at the time of supply to you; or
- The item has been attached to, or incorporated in, any real or personal property and cannot be detached or isolated without damaging the item or;
- The period of time since supply and circumstances are such that we are permitted by the Australian Consumer Law to decline to provide a refund or replacement,
Then we may, at our discretion, decide not to replace or refund you for the item and / or we may require you to pay for all reasonable postage cost. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses that you incur as a result.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
It is our utmost priority to ensure that our customers are happy with their orders, especially with our tweezers. We will consider refunds/exchanges if the item has a physical fault or defect and is unable to be used and you will receive a replacement or refund. If tweezer tension is your concern, there are ways to increase/decrease the tension of tweezers and we are happy to direct you to the appropriate resources. There are no change of mind returns or refunds processed.
Please ensure you are committed to education before purchasing any Lashology ® online course or eBook. As ebooks/online courses are available for immediate download, no refund will be processed.
For face to face courses, any cancellations may be refunded minus a $500 termination fee. This is at the discretion of Lashology ®.
The content displayed in all in person training, online course, eBook and website is the intellectual property of Lashology ® Pty Ltd. All material published in the online course is intended for individual, professional and educational use only. Group usage is not permitted - if you are found sharing this material, you are breaching the terms and services of the product and legal proceedings may follow. You are not permitted to reuse, resell, reprint or replicate material within this course without written consent from Lashology ®.
Pick up is available in Sunshine North. If we are unable to meet you to give you your parcel, your parcel will be kept in a safe place. Lashology ® takes no responsibility for packages being stolen during this time - we do everything in our power to ensure this doesn't happen however by acknowledging that you will be picking up your order, you agree to this risk.
All orders will be packed and sent Monday to Friday. We aim to offer same day dispatch if you order by 12pm pm AEST (Excluding public holidays) however unforeseen circumstances can prevent this for occurring from time to time.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.
If you would like to sign for delivery, please advise so in order notes otherwise, all posts with be sent with authority to leave.
We do not accept any responsibility for any lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
In the unlikely event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Australia Post covers up to $100 for missing parcels. If you would like to purchase insurance on orders, it is recommended for orders over $100. This can be done at checkout. If your parcel gets lost by Australia Post and you did not purchase insurance, you will be compensated up to $100.

Unfortunately, after the tracking ID shows dispatched, there is nothing Lashology ® can do to recover or track your parcel.
For international orders, any duties or additional taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of any local taxes or duties that may apply before placing your order.
